A. The polishing power motor adopts 5.5KW servo motor of Co-trust ,which has powerful polishing pwer ,low energy consumption and long service life .
B. The diameter range of the polishing cloth wheel is 300mm-600mm ,the rage of the width is 30mm-100mm.
C. The worm gear reducer linkage mechanism is adopted to make the four polishing power synchronously .
The workpiece is clamped by a cylinder ,and the tooling can be changed quickly .
Columm lifting mechanism
A. Up and down drive adopts 5.5 KW servo motor drive .
B. Adopt ball screw and linear guide rail drive .
C. Adopt a precise air cylinder counterweight mechanism ,balance the weight trough air pressure ,which is more stable and accurate
Isolation room
